Collection of all files related to Sharp Rock Farm in Rappahannock County. The Yowell family owned the property in the 1700s, with Johannes building the first part of the main house in 1865. In 1792, one David Yowell stabbed to death Nancy Clark, a fifteen year old, in the presence of her mother and other people. He died in jail the next year leaving a widow and six sons.
