Description: Sale of land known as the Finnell Orchard outside Flint Hill by Thomas & Katherine Settle to Julia & James Settle. The land consisted of two parcels, one 115.4 aces and the other one acre with buildings. This land was once part of the County Poor Farm outside Flint Hill. The deed contains a survey of the land by J. E. Sutphin.
