Description: Sales conveying the land purchased by J. E. Robertson and Harry Kern from Julia and James Settle in 1928 to Herbert & Minnie Foster, husband and wife, and Stanley Foster. There were two properties, one consisting of one acre and one of 115.4 acres, both at one time encompassing the Flint Hill Poor Farm.
