Description: A collection for all materials relating to Fletcher's Mill
Also known as Pass and Temperance Mill. Fletcher's Mill was built sometime before 1740, at least a quarter century before the signing of the Declaration of Independence. The Mill was four stories tall and the beams used in its construction measured: 1 ft. wide by 60 feet long by 16 inches thick. Fletcher's Mill was also the last to close in Rappahannock.
