Marriage bond oath of Marcus Jenkins that Harriett Jenkins had attained the age of twenty-one years. "Clerk's Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia. This day Marcus Jenkins personally appeared before me, Wm. J. Menefee, Clerk of the said Court, and made oath that the within named Harriett Jenkins had attained her full age of twenty-one years, to the best of his knowledge & belief. Given under my hand this eighteenth day of August 1846. Wm. J. Menefee" I believe this the daughter of Roland and Milley Jenkins who married Gilderoy Jenkins.
