Picture of Mary Ellen Jenkins with a pail of water or milk. Miss Jenkins was the daughter of Walker B. & Anna Lillard Jenkins and was born in 1915. She worked for years as a teacher in the Rappahannock County School System. Miss Jenkins died in 2013 and is buried at the Washington Masonic Cemetery.
