Conveyance of two parcels of land, one consisting of one acre, and the other a 115.4 acre parcel from the heirs of Harry R. Kern to Herbert and Stanley Foster. Harry Kern purchased this land from W. S. Eastham and wife in 1927. This land was north of Flint Hill and abutted the lands of Rust, Haddox, Bolling and others. This land once held the Poor Farm of Rappahannock County.
