Minutes for the July 1, 1903 Rappahannock County Supervisors meeting held at the County Poor Farm. There an inventory and appraisal of the property was done and it was also ordered that the County Clerk insert a notice in the Blue Ridge Guide stating that at the next meeting to be held on July 27, 1903, money would be issued for all hawk, owl, and wildcat scalps received.
