Carter was paid for repair of the public buildings, Gabriel and Charles Dulin were charged $133.00 each for the purchase of the old Poor House tract near Flint Hill, Posey Wayland, Superintendent of the County Poor, was paid $150.00, 1/2 of his yearly salary, and William Amiss and Turner Wayland were reimbursed for carrying people to the Poor House.
