Description: Va Star article on Catlett Williams' injury after being caught under a falling tree. Mr. Williams was 77 years old and suffered two broken legs with one knee crushed and a fractured shoulder. The accident happened on November 17, 1939 while he was supervising someone cutting a tree at his home. Mr. Williams passed away January 1, 1940 at the hospital in Charlottesville, VA.
