Description: Affidavit from George Cary, editor of the Blue Ridge Guide, certifying his publication of a notice pursuant to the sale of the home of H. B. Anderson in regards to Chancery Case 1276. Also an advertisement for the public auction of said property June 18, 1910. The property contained a large home, barn, and grist mill, and 101 acres of land.
