Description: Newspaper clipping from the Front Royal Record circa 1930 on a display put on of the schoolwork done by the children at the county's four Rosenwald Schools. Philanthropist Julius Rosenwald contributed money towards the building of schools across the country mainly for African-Americans whose schools at the time were segregated and who received little public funding for the schooling of their children.
