Description: Program for the funeral of Margaret Carter. She was born May 31, 1945. the daughter of Catherine Carter and Raymond Freeman. She was a native of Rappahannock County, but resided in Maryland at the time of her death. She attended the Graded School in Little Washington and the Washington Carver High School. Mrs. Carter was buried at the Odd Fellows Cemetery here.
