Description: Funeral program for the service for Ida Belle Cliffen Carter. She was born January 15, 1920, the daughter of William Cliffen Jr. & Louemma Yates Cliffen. She married Frank Carter with whom she had one son, Curtis. Mrs. Carter died July 20, 2000. Her service was held at First Baptist Church with burial in the Odd Fellows Cemetery.
