Description: Deed between Julia M. Settle and her husband James and J. E. Robertson and Harry R. Kern-the sale of one acre of property conveyed to Julia Settle by Thomas H. Settle in 1925. The land was bounded by the "macadam road leading from Flint Hill to Front Royal...and the road leading from said macadam road to Mrs. L. K. Sotheron and others" Land was part of the old Poor Farm property in Flint Hill.
