Description: Letter to all able bodied citizens of Rappahannock County informing them of a meeting to be held at the County Court House on January 19 at 7:30 p.m. "We are not only fighting for our freedom, we are fighting for our existence." Mr. Allen Rosenthal of the Air Craft Warning Service was to give a talk on the importance of volunteering to man the air raid spotter stations.
