Description: Fountain Stonesiffer charged with maliciously inciting, procuring, and commanding Thom, a slave of John Fletcher to set fire to and burn down the dwelling house of Edmund Burke. Counsel averred that since Thom had been acquitted of the arson, Mr. Stonesiffer could not be found guilty of this charge. He was also acquitted.
